She fell in love with the possibility of making chocolate after a factory tour in Switzerland where she was living. Intrigued by the fact that Ghana grew the main ingredient in chocolate (cocoa) but produced very little chocolate itself, She decided to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure taking up the challenge of learning to make high quality chocolate from bean to bar, in order to add more value to the cocoa bean, in Ghana her native country.

Her company ‘57 Chocolate is the pioneer bean to bar craft chocolate manufacturer in Ghana producing luxury Ghanaian chocolate locally. Their vision is to drive development and self-sufficiency in Ghana and across the continent of Africa. The mission is to add value to local resources by transforming them into high quality products that celebrate African art and culture.‘57 Chocolate aims to inspire the people of Ghana, especially the youth to create and develop made in Ghana products of high quality.

Kimberly and the rest of the panelist will be using their experience to answer questions like...How do you manage different sweeteners? And how do they affect the process?
Please feel free to share this message with your friends and contacts who can benefit from this webinar.
