CocoaTownLLC simplifies the things for the chocolatiers. All CocoaT appliances and accessories are customized to meet customer needs for making gourmet chocolate from bean to bar.

If chocolatier does not have technical knowledge on working with the frequency controllers and motor starters, they can buy the Control Panel for ECGC-65 Grindeurs (chocolate grinders). These Control panels have been pre-assembled and pre-programmed.

The control panel contains on/off switch, frequency controller, motor starter and emergency shut off switch. We have different model control panels that can be used with 220V three phase, 220V single phase or 440V three phase.

Frequency controller converts the incoming single phase power into three phase power needed for the ECGC-65 three phase motor. It also lets the chocolatier program the speed of the ECGC-65 Grindeurs for different stages of grinding.
