The drum speed of CocoaTown GrindeursTM are factory set for approximately 130 RPM for optimal grinding purposes. Some of the chocolatiers prefer a slower drum speed for their specific grinding needs. If you prfeer to grind at slower drum speed (110 RPM) you can replace the default pulley with this modified pulley at the motor shaft.
