Shipping Info

Some of the small scale appliances are shipped free of charge within the contiguous USA. Commercial appliances are shipped as LTL shipments due to their size and weight. All the prices specified for the commercial appliances are F.O.B. Atlanta warehouse.

If shipped using customer's shipping carrier: We recommend that you use your shipping company to ship the commercial grinders. We just charge $50 for palletizing charges. We will notify you as soon as the pallet is ready to be picked up. The shipment can be picked up from our warehouse location during business hours (Monday – Friday: 10 am – 5.00 pm). Make sure that the shipping company brings lift gate truck and pallet jack. The customer / shipping company has to provide us all necessary paper work. CocoaTown is not responsible for damages occurring during transit and / or by mishandling. We encourage you to insure the package against any shipping damages.

If shipped using CocoaTown's preferred shipping carrier: If you want us to ship the appliances with our preferred shipping company, we can help you. We palletize and insure the appliances against any transit damages. Shipping rates vary by the zip code and by the delivery location - residential or commercial address. Please contact us for a quote on the S&H charges. Add $75 extra for residential delivery, and $75 extra for inside delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or C.O.D. shipments.

Address Correction: Please check your online order for typos & mistakes. If the delivery address is entered wrong, it will delay the delivery and cost you additional charges.

For the LTL shipments, the address corrections charges vary and are calculated by the shipping company on case by case basis.

For Melangers and small scale appliances shipped via UPS, there is $10 charge for address correction per box as long as the package is delivered in the same zip code. If the package needs to be shipped to a different city or different zone, additional charges apply.

Shipping outside USA: For deliveries outside USA, contact us to get a quote for C.I.F. (Cost, Insurance, Freight) charges. Make sure you indicate the voltage requirement for these units at the time of your order. The customer pays for duties and taxes, if any.

We use UPS or USPS for shipping melangers outside USA depending on which carrier saves money for the customers.

The Grindeurs are shipped as LTL shipments for locations outside USA. Depending on the shipping location and the transit time, we ship these Grindeurs either from our USA office or India office whichever saves money for our customers. LTL shipments are delivered to a nearest port. The customer is responsible for clearing customs and transporting it to their location. The transit time varies with location. For locations near India or USA, the transit time is much shorter. Please contact us for the transit time update.
